Excellent value for money! Even the parking is free! This beautiful clean hotel welcomes you from the entrance! Interiors are like in 4 star hotel, simplw but stylish. room was quite big and there was a nice a balcony! A lady on the reception spoke English well and was very helpful! I would recemmend this hotel and would come back here with pleasure!
Simple breakfast (e.g. no vegetables) but that was not a very big disappointment

It is a very nice hotel with helpful staff and clean rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel itself is very attractive. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and the restaurant itself had great views.
Our only complaint is that the beds are very hard and the pillows are very soft. We didn't sleep very well because of that. We've stayed in other Portuguese hotels that add a pillow-top mattress to the existing hard mattress to make it softer for guests. Other than that, our stay was fantastic.

Staff friendly , very good customer service , I recommend this hotel if you have to stop for a night or two. It is very clean, staff very helpful. Staff cares about customers . We feel very welcome . It is only a two stars hoteL but in fairness another stars could be added .

Very friendly staff, very nice, confortable and very well decorated rooms. It's well located and have a lot of parking space for free. The hotel is very felxible with the check-in hours. Free wi-fi and nice breakfast.

This 2* modern hotel is better than most of the old 4* I have ever been to. Decoration is beatiful, quality of materials very good also. Breakfast very acceptable. Location is in the city. People are really very polite and concern about everything! Rate Price/quality is very very fair!

Excellent value for money, hotel run by a family, what gives it the special warm feeling, all the hotel staff was great, helpful and very friendly, the hotel was super clean, has a free wi-fi, rooms are good sized. All I can say I would definitely stay there again, if I'll ever travel to Pombal.
